About Caroline Migliavacca
My journey began long before it became professional.
I was born in Brazil and moved to the United States at the age of 20 in search of new possibilities. Soon after, I found myself in a deeply abusive relationship that lasted for many years — an experience that brought me face to face with the limits of love, life, and survival.
It was through that difficult chapter that an essential question began to arise within me: Why do certain patterns repeat themselves, even when we truly want things to be different? And even more importantly: is it really possible to break free from them?
While rebuilding my life, I encountered Family Constellations. That experience opened my eyes to something I had never fully understood before: there is an invisible field of relationships, histories, and bonds that move through generations and continue to influence how we live, choose, and relate to others.
From that moment on, I began a deep journey of study, exploration, and lived experience. Over the years I immersed myself in systemic perspectives, body-awareness practices, nervous system education, and different approaches to human development and relationships.

This path was not only educational — it was profoundly transformative.
What once seemed impossible gradually became part of my reality. Today I live in a healthy, safe, and loving relationship. This experience anchors something essential in my work: the understanding that family and relational patterns can shift when we begin to look at them with awareness, respect, and presence.
In December 2025, I formalized this purpose with the creation of The Embody Yourself Institute LLC, a space dedicated to self-discovery, systemic awareness, and personal integration.
The institute exists to welcome people who want to better understand their family dynamics, recognize emotional patterns, and live with greater presence, authenticity, and alignment with who they truly are.
My work grows from the meeting point of study, lived experience, and attentive listening. I do not offer ready-made answers, but rather a space of presence and guidance where each person can explore their own story, recognize the movements within themselves, and discover more conscious ways of living.
By sharing a piece of my story, I also invite you to reflect on yours: What within you is asking to be seen, acknowledged, and integrated?

The institute
The Embody Yourself Institute LLC emerged as a natural extension of my own personal and professional journey. In December 2025, I felt called to formally create a space that could support, with clarity and responsibility, the work I have been developing with individuals who are seeking greater awareness, integration, and authenticity. The institute exists as a space of presence and support where the body, emotions, family history, and spirituality are approached as interconnected aspects of human experience. Here, each person is welcomed at their own pace, with respect for the natural limits of the nervous system and the uniqueness of their personal story. The intention is to offer an environment where individuals can explore their history, recognize personal and family dynamics, and move toward living with greater authenticity and alignment. The work is guided by systemic awareness, body-oriented listening, and a clear ethical foundation: not to offer ready-made solutions or promises of quick change, but to provide a space for reflection, guidance, and personal development. Within this space, life can begin to reorganize from the inside out, in a way that honors each person's natural rhythm and timing. This work does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care and is not licensed psychotherapy. Instead, it offers a supportive environment for reflection, awareness, and personal growth for those who wish to move through life with greater responsibility, clarity, and authenticity.
