About Caroline Migliavacca
My journey began long before it became professional.
I was born in Brazil and moved to the United States at 20 in search of new paths. Soon after, I lived for many years in a deeply abusive relationship — an experience that brought me face to face with the limits of life, love, and survival.
From that passage emerged an essential question: why do certain patterns repeat, even when we want to do differently? And further: is it really possible to free ourselves from them?
In trying to rebuild my life, I found Family Constellations. That encounter opened my eyes to an invisible yet deeply real world: that of family dynamics, unconscious loyalties, and bonds that span generations.
Over the years I immersed myself in systemic, psychological, somatic, and neuroscientific approaches, always with careful attention to the body, the nervous system, and emotional maturation. That path was not only formative — it was transformative.

Today I live in a healthy, safe, and true relationship. A reality that once seemed impossible has become concrete. That experience sustains something that runs through all my work: the certainty that family and relational patterns can be transformed when there is awareness, support, and a deep look at the history that lives in us.
In December 2025 I formalized this purpose with the creation of Caroline Migliavacca Institute LLC, a space dedicated to care, awareness, and integration.
My work is born from the meeting of science, lived experience, and sensitive listening. I do not offer ready-made paths, but space, presence, and guidance so that each person can take their place and live their own truth.
By sharing a little of my story, I invite you to look at yours: what in you asks for recognition, integration, and freedom?
The institute
Caroline Migliavacca Institute LLC was born as a natural outgrowth of my own personal and professional journey. The institute exists as a field of care and presence, where body, emotions, family history, and spirituality are considered inseparable. The work is guided by systemic awareness, listening to the body, and a clear ethics: not to offer ready-made solutions or promises of cure, but a safe space for therapeutic guidance and personal development. This work does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
